She is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy that is tailored to each individual's unique strengths, goals and circumstances.

Throughout her career, Sophie has supported both NDIS participants and private clients with a diverse range of needs, including neurological conditions, neurodiversity, physical disabilities, sensory processing differences and psychosocial challenges. She works collaboratively with clients and their support networks to develop practical strategies that enhance participation, independence and overall wellbeing.

Recognising that no two individuals are the same, Sophie takes a highly personalised approach to therapy. She is committed to understanding each person's unique goals and designing interventions that are meaningful, engaging and relevant to their everyday life.

In addition to her clinical work, Sophie is passionate about education and capacity building. She provides professional development workshops and training for childcare centres, schools, educators, parents and support teams, helping to foster greater understanding and support for individuals of all abilities.

Sophie values a collaborative, team-based approach and works closely with families, schools, support coordinators, allied health professionals and community services to ensure coordinated and effective care.

At Soulter Therapy, Sophie's goal is simple: to empower individuals and families to thrive, achieve their goals and live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Meet Sophie

How we work

At Soulter Therapy, we understand that every individual is unique, which is why our approach is tailored to your specific needs, goals and circumstances.

While the process may vary depending on the reason you're seeking occupational therapy support, we generally begin by getting to know you and gaining an understanding of your strengths, challenges and goals. From there, we complete any relevant assessments, work collaboratively to establish meaningful goals, and develop a personalised plan to support your journey.

Depending on your needs, this may involve ongoing therapy, skill development, recommendations for equipment or assistive technology, coaching and education, or the completion of reports and assessments.

We believe in working alongside individuals, families and support networks to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful and focused on achieving the outcomes that matter most to you.

If you have any questions about our services or the referral process, we are always happy to help. Please don't hesitate to get in touch—we'd love to hear from you.

Initial Assessment

  • Our first session is all about getting to know each other. We'll build rapport, discuss your goals, and complete any relevant assessments and clinical observations. These will vary depending on your individual needs and the reason you are seeking occupational therapy support.

Goal Setting

  • Once assessments, clinical observations and discussions with parents, teachers and other members of your support team have been completed, we work together to develop meaningful goals that guide therapy and support positive outcomes.
